The best oil for Paithya Body tipes (Migraine headache, over heat etc.)
Though I have not purchased this through Amazon, I have always used and continue to use this oil. It is one of the best for Migraine headaches or fever-like conditions.You have to apply it to the head and massage gently. In summer you can keep it for long time but in the rainy or winter season, it's better to wash it off after 1 or 2 hours of application on the head.It's always better to consult an ayurvedic physician before you start using this (Spl. if you are of Kapha body type)!
