So far when I’ve used it I haven’t ran into any issues. Heats up quick but the directions are a bit confusing.

I have to take a picture of it. I had to try to put it back together. The entire top heat presser came off. This will be my last time ordering this brand. The quality of it is poor

The media could not be loaded. I have contacted this company numerous times with this issue. The temperature control is apparently defective. This issue has cost me too much money and time. The only way to communicate is live chat or email to a generic email address. When you respond to an email, and because it’s a generic email address, you need to start all over from the beginning of contact because you can’t just deal with the same individual. So it’s been 4 weeks of emails and I still don’t have an answer or resolution. It is very apparent from the video that the control panel is defective, yet I’m still being asked for additional information that is irrelevant to this issue. I also receive emails stating that if I dont respond, this issue will be closed. I have responded to every email I have received. It might be because I have been dealing with numerous different people so if one person makes a request, my response goes to the next available representative. I have never had worse customer service. If you buy from Vevor and you need technical support, you basically need to chalk it up as a loss.My next heat press will only be purchased from a company that actually has a technical support team that you can communicate with via phone.

I love this. It’s so easy to use. Worth the money.

Used once, everything was good. Turned it off. Turned it on again. Everything turned on properly as before. Lights came on. Made a beep. But it only lasted on for 1-2 seconds before shutting down. Light for the plug turns on but nothing else. Not the timer nor the heat settings. It was as if the cables inside got a short or something and everything but the power lights stopped workingUpdate: I let them know and they sent me a new box. I unscrewed everything and screwed on the new one. Everything worked as it should. Still having some trouble with the way it presses but I think I’ll get more used to it

It's a nice heat press but not for the money. The description says it's a slide out but it's not. Didn't realize that until now as I'm writing this review. I originally bought it for sublimation. I unfortunately waited until recently to try sublimation. The heat press will not go higher then 330. You need at least 389 to sublimate for shirts. With that being said I will not be able to do mugs or sublimate on cups. So don't need all the attachments.After 15 months of use. The heat press no longer functions. It will not turn on. I have contacted customer service hoping they can help. Maybe they can help with replacement parts because this press costed me $260. I can't afford to keep buying new presses every 15 months. This is now my second press.
