Haven't been able to get Dutch Rusks in the shops for ages so ordered these. They are a little bit softer than the ones I used to buy but are absolutely fine. I put them through a sieve and use as breadcrumbs - fry in butter for several minutes till lightly browned. Delicious with brussel sprouts, cauliflower etc.
