Q: Does this medal tarnish from wearing for long periods of time?

So far it hasn't tarnished but it isn't sterling silver so it may tarnish a little in the future. I was making "pocket alters" which some Catholics used to carry in their purse or pockets - especially popular in Europe in WWI and WWII. The chances of them becoming tarnished are not as likely as would be if you're wearing it around your neck. Hope that helps. Have a good day.
