Fits an ACH just fine, in that case tabs velcro to the inner liner that the pads stick to. Might not be licensed multicam, but seems durable and high quality enough.

Doesn't have IR tabs, but otherwise it is of a pretty good quality. I haven't had any issues with it yet.

Bought this. Threw it to the side. Went out of town. Came back. Went to put it on. -Noticed a few button holes were not stitched properly-then realized none of the button hole slits were cut. Contacted seller, now they are giving me a hard time about sending it back.
