Very nice vinegar jar

This jar is Calgary I was looking for to dispense white vinegar. It’s sturdy and the vinegar comes out perfectly when the bottle is shaken slightly.

Really wanted to like it because it’s the perfect size, but it leaks, probably because there is no rubber seal. The Stainless cap screws around the glass, but does not seal tight enough to keep the liquid from seeping out after you pour. I cannot recommend this product. I would actually give zero stars because mine was useless. Thankfully, I’m still within the return window..

Yes. it leaks.... A gasket should have been supplied for this product.

Obviously, this is not an expensive dispenser. We use it for vinegar. As it comes, the metal pour spout does not have a sealing gasket inside, so thin fluids like vinegar will leak when you turn it to pour. A metal-to-glass connection is just not up to sealing a thin liquid. So.... I made a small rubber gasket, like the ones on a garden hose connector to provide a soft surface that would compress and seal. No complaints for the price.

Works great. Doesn't allow for over pour. I use it for vinegar.
