Miss MacIntosh, My Darling (Dalkey Archive Essentials)

I first tried to read this book 40 years ago in addition by Peter Owen, I was just recently in New York. I went Macnally Jackson bookshop and bought a copy, its as large and as heavy as an old telephone directory, beautifully reproduced in good type face and quality of paper something not in the Peter addition, this is a book for life to read very very slowly and carefully it’s 1300 pages will probably take me a year to read its phenomena as much as it is a novel… oceanic spiralling poetic hypnotic et cetera? It’s a one-way ticket on a journey you must take.
