RockportMen's Charles Road Plain Toe Oxford

Great shoes. This is my 3rd pair which I used for professional work in the past. They are dressy, have a very roomy toe box and are comfortable and long lasting. I continue to wear them as my dress shoes.I recommend these shoes highly.

Bought these after reading a review from someone who uses shoes in a similar capacityInvolved in security where standing for 8 to 10 hours is common. Right out of the box the took the chance and wore them on a detail. Suit and tie. Shoes are stylish enough to wear with dress or casual. Super light and comfortable. Ordered my size and felt a bit snug but second time wearing them for a similar stint were perfect. Bonus is rubber sole for quietness or running if necessary.For price cannot beat these shoes.

Honestly, there’s nothing wrong with these shoes. True to size, look good, durable, comfortable. For the money, a good buy. I did end up returning them and opted for a pair of Johnston and Murphy (which were twice the cost). But these are very good.

Bought for my son who doesn't usually buy dress shoes but needed them for work. He said they were comfortable, got compliments, and feels like a great quality shoe. He didn't think dressier shoes could be comfy. Great buy and good for wide feet.

Solid style, goes easy with dress clothes, business casual or casual.Been walking on them for 8 hours and they are as comfy and lightweight as adidas sneakers.Wore it on a rainy day and did repel most of the water but i do not recommend it to be water proof.One downside, they make some sqeaky noise everytime i walk.

The wide is regular wide,won't work if extra wide and the length is a a full size plus a half longer than mainstream brand sneakers . Had to go a full size down in these .

Rockport Men's Charles Road Plain Toe Oxford is an okay dress shoe, but lower in quality than what I've come to expect from Rockport.First off the fit. The Charles Road is slightly shorter than other Rockports I've worn. In my case I've very happy about that fit, as Rockports tend to run long on my feet. Just be aware this pair might be a little different and plan accordingly .I've worn the shoes for about 2 months and so far the uppers and soles have worn well. I expect the durability of those parts to last fine.My first issue is that the Charles Road is not as comfortable as my other Rockports. The inner lining just seems much more rough than other shoes. Its not horrible at all but noticeable.Additionally, I don't think there is enough cushion in the footbed. A little walking doesn't cause any issues, but any extended walking would cause pain in the balls of my feet. Unfortunately, the footbed on one side has already broken down. I'm harder on shoes than most people, but the inner sole should last longer than 2 months.Would I purchase again? Maybe, depending on price. On sale its not a bad shoe, but at full price I would suggest looking at other models
