It works
I use this to help me fall asleep and it works within 30 minutes. But it does make me feel a wee bit "drunk" upon awakening. I don't take it every night, only when I can't fall asleep specially after using the computer.

I use these in combination with melatonin and they help me relax enough to get to sleep (take two of these with 1 fast dissolving melatonin). Most nights I stay asleep through the night after taking them.

Worth trying great supplement
Give it a try 10 times better than many on the market with a much better list of ingredients;I would prefer if it was formulated without ANY melatonin which could be easily substituted for passion flower or more ashwagandha.TIP: Get away from all your screens especially cell-phones at least an hour prior to your bedtime, have your last light meal no later than 7:00/ 19:00and pay attention to your biological clock, when the sleeping signs come don't fight it simply surrender to it and your health will thank you.Ps. Ashwagandha (supplement) in conjunction will help you a lot more but I would take only one of each prior bedtime.
