I've been struggling with itchy scalp, primarily when I'm wearing my hat for work. That progressed into what looked like psoriasis, where i had patches of red, itchy, flaky skin along parts of my hairline at my neck, behind my ear, and near my forehead. Even when the redness finally went away after a couple years, my scalp would be so flaky no matter how much i scrubbed. I tried different shampoos for flaky, itchy scalps, including the regular Head and Shoulders and another brand called Jupiter. This is the ONLY one that has worked. It also doesn't leave my hair feeling dry, and I can use any conditioner of my preference along with it.I bought this in October 2024. It's now April 2025 and it has worked since week 1. Just make sure to leave it in for the recommended time when your flakes are at their worst. I don't have to use it every time I shower, and I don't have to leave it in for long if I use it semi-regularly, but I recently noticed the flakes coming back when I stopped using it for a little while as a test. Used it again, and the flakes disappeared immediately.I'm so impressed and so happy that I don't have to feel self-conscious about redness and flaking anymore and will definitely be purchasing again!

Para mí este Shampoo ah sido una bendición en mi vida, desde muy niña tengo Psoriasis y era intratable, me inmunicé a los shampoo’s y tuve lograba calmarlo únicamente con aceite de coco en mi piel cabelluda y lavar el cabello cómo desquiciada un montón de veces para quitar la grasa que quedaba, pero era lo único útil!!!Llegué a un punto de padecer de Alopecia. Ahora que probé este shampoo (para mí es bendito)No lo cambiaré nunca y suple a mil mis necesidades, la alopecia aún continúa pero soy consciente que eso lo debo tratar diferente porque es un tema diferente, pero este shampoo vino a arreglarme la vida!

This shampoo works, I had severe itchy and dry scalp and I’ve tried everything, tea tree, clarifying shampoo, Apple cider vinegar and this was the only product that helped me.

I've been using the Head & Shoulders Clinical Dandruff Shampoo Twin Pack for a few weeks now, and I'm quite impressed with the results. The prescription-strength formula has significantly reduced my dandruff and controlled the oiliness of my scalp. The relief from seborrheic dermatitis has been noticeable, and my scalp feels much healthier.The citrus scent is a refreshing bonus, leaving my hair smelling great after each wash. The 13.5 fl oz bottles are a good size, and having a twin pack means I won't run out anytime soon.The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that it can be a bit drying if used too frequently. However, alternating it with a moisturizing conditioner has helped balance that out.Overall, I highly recommend this shampoo for anyone struggling with dandruff and oily scalp issues. It's effective, smells great, and offers good value for the price.

Totally works. I was using a much more harsh version of this & since using this I’m so much happier. It’s really doing what it said out to do. Smells waayyy better, good even. & the menthol feels great

I had the type of dandruff that looked like my head was snowing . I'm 29 don't have that problem anymore (: I go between this and Pantene because Pantene smells nice and this one has no scent.
