Very solid and usable design
I was looking for a stand that would be very sturdy, not tippy, and easy to adjust. Also important is that it holds its adjustment without slipping. This stand meets the requirements, and was priced fairly. I am happy enough with it that I may buy a second one so that I don't need to use any inferior stands.

Too tall for a kick in mic. Works for kick out.
This mic stand is way too tall for a kick mic stand. If you’re looking for kick out, this will work great. As far as kick in, it’s just too tall. That’s why I give this stand 3 stars.

Cheap junk.
These are very cheaply-made and the workmanship is terrible. The metal threading for the mounts is extremely weak and knurled. It ruined one of my mounts as it didn't have a clear path down.The base also isn't large/heavy enough to support the weight of some larger mics as it already started leaning forward while attempting to install mics on these.You get what you pay for, I would stay FAR AWAY from these stands!
