Works perfectly between my TNC equipped transmitter and my BNC modular antennas.
I have lower end IEM units in my audio rack that have TNC antenna connectors, and the antennas that came with the units are low quality. Worse, the antennas are on the back of the units, which is problematic when rack mounted. Using these couplers, I was easily able to connect the units to BNC cables that run to BNC connectors on a plate allowing me to mount antennas on the face of my rack unit. No muss, no fuss, and a clear electrical connection. Exactly what I needed.
