This seems to be a good product thats why 5 stars . But in reality if you are having bile issues you can need up to 5 tablets a day as oxbile is 100 mg per tablet this means you would 2 bags to last 1 month ..So really its comparable price as other oxbile supplements

I had my gallbladder removed around 10 years ago but I still get bile stones. I have to be careful about what I eat and what meds I take as I have now got SOD, sphincter of oddi dysfunction, I also have fatty liver. 13 months ago, I changed my diet completely, I have lost almost 6 stones and I still get pain around the liver area and bad acid reflux, only difference is the doc can’t blame it on my weight anymore. When I saw the description of these capsules I decided they were worth a try, there is nothing in them that would harm me if they didn’t help. I am so glad I did give them a try as they help a lot. It has only been a week and I see a difference already. I take two capsules before meals; I eat two meals a day. On day 3 I noticed I felt less bloated, I also had less acid reflux now I notice I have less pain under my right-hand side ribs, in the past the pain was that bad I couldn’t even stand the ultrasound scanner touching that area. The capsules are medium in size and easy to swallow, they arrive hygienically sealed. Taking them as I am means they would last me 15 days, I couldn’t afford to do that full time, if I could I would though as they are such a help. I wonder if only taking before meals containing tomatoes, dairy and fat would work as they are what gives me the most problems.

Had my Gallbladder removed 5 years ago and was never told I needed bile salts until I had a SCIO Biofeedback with my Therapist at the Chayyim Centre. In my quest for good bile supplements as advised, I stumbled on this.They have greatly helped with my cramps and bloating. They're also cheaper than Galmet which I bought when this became out of stock. I will continue to purchase, definitely
