Cardinal Gates Pole Padding, Yellow

I'm so glad I came across this product!! All of the other pole covers were so expensive and we didn't need something super industrial. It fits a pole that is 2 inches in diameter, is a different foam than pool noodle material (which is a huge benefit), and has a coating that is wipeable and less likely to be torn apart (like a pool noodle would!). I wish it came in some neutral colors other than black, but it's been a great addition on the swing in the kid's play area. Even with gentle swinging, it's nice to have it on the pole for added safety.

Thought it was 4x4 post. Wont fit around.

Love this pad! Our garage has two poles in the middle and it didn't matter how I parked I was always close to one of them. This pad keeps my doors from being dented and scratched.

I feel like taking the pad off the pole and smashing my head into said pole until I go unconcious now that I see my wife paid $30 each for 2 of these pads....do they perform a function, sure. Are they wayyyy overpriced...absolutely. They don't fit a standard support beam pole in a garage so we used 2 and cut the 2nd one to make the fit look better, but it will never really look good. They do provide 4 beautiful black matching zip ties...that must be where the upcharge comes into play. I feel like if Cardinal Gates had a conscious they would send me $40 immediately or send at least 4 more to give me my money's worth. Seems like a $5-10 product.

These are what you expect, large foam tubes (with a thin coating). I needed something to go around a garage support pole to protect car doors. Due to the thickness of the pole, purchased two of these pads and zipped tied them around it. Works perfectly.

Our garage pole is now protected. I used zip ties and this works like a champ for protecting the vehicles.

I ordered this to cover a standard basement support pole which is about 2.5” in diameter. It didn’t quite cover the whole pole circumference-leaving about 1.5” exposed.

Great customer service. Great pad. I would buy again.
