Just had it for two days and I must say that I'm very pleasantly surprised by the high quality product. Materials used are top notch, sturdy and excellently designed.The workout afforances are so many. This is a must get. Can't recommend it highly enough. Go for it. Much better than going to the gym.

Pretty good.
The slider slips sometimes allowing the band to elongate mid exercise. But otherwise quite useful if you can overlook that.

The adjustable clip gets loosened
After 3 months of use - I stopped using it because it is not a quality suspension trainer. The length adjustment mechanism is not functional and it has no value as an exercise equipment. Look for brands or products that have better locking mechanism
