Used this after surgery to take care of the scars. It works very well and after a couple of weeks, the scars are noticeably smoother and lighter in color. It's not cheap, but the other options aren't either.

I recently had surgery and wanted to find something with SPF and silicone as those two aspects are proven to help with scars. I can't say if this products alone has been helping lighten and keep my scars thin and light as I use it alongside other scar care products just depending on the day and what I'm doing. But this paired with silicone strips has been shockingly effective, I've had friends and relatives say they're amazed by how light and thin my scars are. It makes my skin feel hydrated but not heavy enough to cause acne or other issues, great for massaging, and feels like it lasts all day. I will say it feels greasy after applied but it hasn't stained my clothes and I don't really care since my goal is to improve the look of the scars not just moisturize. It feels better on my scars than mederma and some cheapo silicone gel I bought and because my scars are large is easier to apply than scaraway and feels like it does more anyways.I thought it would just be some lotion and for 80 dollars (what I paid for it at the time) it wasn't cheap, i figured if I hated it I would ship it back, but honestly I've found it effective and I would buy it again.

I used this scar cream after my first open chest heart surgery and repurchased after my second surgery. Use this every day and you'll see results. For even better results, I have used a silicone scar tape morning and night for about a month first, then switch to using this cream. Be sure to layer over the cream with additional sunscreen if you're going to be outside for awhile.

Had some stomach surgery and the doctor gave me this product to help heal my scars. It does work but don't expect your scar to disappear. It feels like my skin softer at the scar area.

Bought this product two times. It was very costly and you have to massage into the skin two times a day. The first time I bought it it was used and only had two days worth of applications. I ordered again, and all the product was in this order, but I got no results at all. I know it takes time, but it did nothing. It didn’t even moisturize the skin. Very disappointed with this product I’m very disappointed that the first time I ordered it it was used!

I have been using this product in my new scars and I find that it has faded and softened them. I love the fact that it's also a sunscreen!

I saw little to no difference with this cream. Not convinced of its effectiveness.
