Small in size need to replace it with a bigger size

Product quality is not good....it broke in just 15 days
The media could not be loaded. Assembling is easy but it broke very soon just in 15 days...I can't evn return now....only kids were using this swing and it broke so soon.... m very much disappointed...I need solution
