Easy to use, good for people who are housebound amd can exercise

It’s good for the price, the resistance is not great though so you need to do more reps or really stretch out if you want to feel a burn. Seems sturdy though so far I’ve used it about 10 times and it hasn’t broken or anything 👍🏼

Great product.. you definitely feel it working when muscles are stiff next day. Works well on core muscles. Legs and arms. Happy I’ve bought this

Rubbish
Feels cheaply made. Some exercised the band won’t stretch far enough to perform. A complete waste of money in my eyes. Shame I can’t return it anymore
