We had purchased the Generac 6294 30-Amp 6-10 Circuit Manual Transfer Switch Kit for Portable Generators and our shed is just a little to far away to reach with the original cord. works great
Bought this cable to hook up my generator to the the house panel for emergency's. This cable is solidly built and thick, It will do the job nicely, no worries. Seen some pretty stupid and dangerous videos on youtube about how to do this please dont folllow them . i connected this to a special outlet for this type of cord and run 10 gauge wire through a conduit to my panel with 30 amp breaker.
