Paired this product with an item that wrapped the whole nasal pillow mask in a soft fabric. Combo worked great. Being a disposable/one use item it is expensive but my nose not being sore is worth it.

Cannot be used as illustrated or per instructions for nasal pillow mask. Will not work at all and therefore is a waste of money

I have one spot on one nostril that has been painful for a couple of years. It is finally starting to heal and taking my mask off in the morning doesn’t sting anymore. I find them quick and easy to apply. My machine never reported any leaking, but from time to time I would roll and would be awakened with that little hiss and flow of air, but that doesn’t happen any longer either. Overall very happy with this product.

I will say that these helped the issue I was having with "nasal pillows" irritating my nostrils. I know that filters tend to be expensive, but what you actually get is a rectangular swatch of T-shirt type material with four holes cut out. You are advised to use each swatch only once. I could see no reason why you couldn't wash them in warm soapy water, rinse and dry them for additional use. They helped reduce the irritation, but they also made it harder the breathe. I would recommend changing your CPAP mask to a nasal cushion type instead of nasal pillows if you have nostril irritation from the nasal pillow type. These are way over priced for what you get.

This may seem petty but unboxing the liners was absurd. The box Is very heavy cardboard, there is so much tape it's hard to find a way to open this without a Bowie knife. Once it is open the liners fill one quarter of the box if that. Wasteful. On the other hand after whining about the box, using the mask liners was so helpful. I use nasal pillows and they were rubbing the skin between my nose and upper lip raw. These liners stopped that. I'm also getting a longer lifespan of my nasal pillows, these block small leaks. Good product bad packaging.

These work really well at protecting my skin from the silicon. Idk y but the silicon irritated my face and nose really bad. This layer of protection keeps it from irritating and isn't too thick to make me sweat.

Nearly impossible to line them up on the nasal pillow an keep them there when applying to the nose.

I wear the swift Fox and have a silicon allergy. These work perfect! I do not change them daily as instructed but rather once a week. They can be difficult to keep in place but it is worth a little struggle time to time to not have to deal with the discomfort of the nasal pillow touching your skin without a barrier! Highly recommended. I use them on medium pillows. Holes are precut and should fit lost masks.
