Great STEM kit for young kids!
I'm not sure what the other reviewer is talking about, my light worked really well, changing colors and made a cool lava lamp my son loves. Most so called science kits for this age don't actually teach STEAM projects, but this comes with a book and the many different activities are fun and age-appropriate. My kids loved watching the color travel up the chalk, make jiggly jems, and everything else!
