My bathroom in our new home doesn't have the best lighting so my makeup bag and mirror travel around my house with me. I wear makeup everyday but I don't wear a lot so my bag is small... After breaking my mirror, I had to replace it asap.This mirror is the perfect size! It's bigger than a normal sized compact but small enough to carry with you anywhere. Great for my needs and great for traveling!The quality is excellent which really surprised me at this price point. It is well made and sturdy. I love that it has a good weight to it. This mirror does not feel cheap!I also love that it stands on its own and can be set at different angles.The mirrors are crystal clear (which can be a shock some mornings looking into the 10x side, lol)Would make a great gift for moms, daughters, sisters, friends, co-workers or bridesmaids. They'll think you paid a lot more! :)Highly recommend!!!

This compact contains a functional and useful magnifying mirror. The 10x magnification makes is useful for up-close tasks — much better than the standard compacts with a 3x or 5x magnifications. Highly recommended.

I like the 10x magnifier and also the standard mirror - like the pouch it comes in as I put my tweezers in that too. it is a little larger than I wanted, but still a good value

When I travel, I used to lug a big magnifying mirror since I love makeup but my vision lacks to put on eye makeup. This compact is the perfect answer for me. It's large enough to see what I'm doing, yet small enough to carry in a handbag. It comes in a soft drawstring bag, in a box. The bag protects it and is washable. Wish I'd found this sooner.

This is a very nice, compact mirror. It feels sturdy, comes in a velour drawstring pouch. I gave it 4 stars only because I feel the 10x magnification on one side is waaay too much! I can see every pore, every peach fuzz folicle, etc. You have to be 2 inches away from your face to be able to even focus. I think 3-5x would have been more than sufficient. Still, it's nice and a great price and it will get much use.

I have two of these mirrors in black. One was purchased five years ago, and the other four years ago. When I first received them I was concerned about the strength of the hinge, because it seemed like it might be a weak point. But after all this time with daily use, both of these mirrors are still going strong.I LOVE that this compact has a 10X side, because once you hit a certain age that level of magnification becomes a necessity. A 3X magnification just isn’t enough anymore for some tasks, and that’s the max for most magnifying compacts on the market.This compact is also a bit bigger than most, which for me is great for daily use or travel. Can’t recommend this mirror highly enough! I’m about to order a couple more as gifts. :)

I bought this to replace my trusted travel mirror that I had for years. I'm actually glad I lost it, this mirror has better magnification and is a cleaner reflection. The little pouch is a nice touch, keeps it clean while traveling. Slim and compact but big enough.
