Used this daily as a heat pad for a couple of weeks now, without any problems. The cover appears to be robust and well finished , with no sign of any leakage.

Simple. Pop in freezer, ice injured area.. Flexible enough when frozen. Hold enough cold for a good twenty minutes, if required.

I brought these for my sister to use on her painful knee. She had previously used one from a high street chemist but, after many years of use, it had started to leak. These are of, at least, equal quality and are much cheaper to buy than her previous one.She uses it as a cold pack but, I believe, you can also heat it if that suits you better. You get a pair of them. They are excellent value.

While the product works just fine, the delivery service this supplier uses dumped the parcel near my garden gate and was not found for over two days.
