Works, good price, NO 115Vac Plug!
Took 6 hours to top off the new 18650 batteries I bought.I don't know how I missed it, but there is NO 115Vac plug. Just a USB cable.It can only plug into a USB port so very slow charge. Figure a whole day to recharge a dead 18650 battery. Calling this a quick charger is a flat out lie.Ok for the price. it even brought an old flat lined 18650 back to life.

Best charger I've ever had
The battery lights stopped working almost immediately, but I don't care because it changed batteries for my vape mod FAST! At this price, I really don't care if the lights don't work lol. We've had it for 6 months now and it's still going strong. I can change four batteries in as little as two hours. Changers that I've spent $40, $50 and even $70 dollars on would take at least 4-6 hours and half the ports would stop working within months. This is a great little changer at an unbeatable price!

Nice and Inefficient
Excellent charger in the bargain value area, not only does multiple types of batterie cells, and one or multiple cells at one if yourlike me and I have transitioned to rechargeable higher capacity cells, one charger for size cells, automatic turn off and depending on what power source USB wise fairly quick charging bro if all you got is a 10 W power brick and you want to charge for full size cells expect to come back the next day it will take several hours the bigger, the power break the faster it does charge It also will tell you if the battery can no longer take a charge and it also has reverse polarity protection but always treat a battery charger while charging cells with respect any battery charger can be a fire hazard when not watched carefully.

1a NOT 2a as indicated
There is no combination of a single, pair, or quad bays that allows this unit to charge at 2a. 1a total is max over a single or four cells. That said, it’s cheap and does work. It’s slower than it indicates it would be but that’s good for your cells anyway, if you have the time.

Slow but reliable.
It feels like a cheap piece of junk, but it works just fine. That is as long as you aren't in a hurry. It charges slowly, but charges and reliably.
