Excellent coffee maker!! This unit is much less than the name brand units and works just a good. It uses the k-pod with no problem. Very easy to use and easy to clean. Highly recommended!!!

UPDATED AGAIN - STILL well priced and works great
I've been through 3 different k-cup brewing machines in the past year - some just didn't hit the mark - and some failed spectacularly. Have only had the Sifene machine a few days but it's working good. Easy to use - coffee flavor is good - temp is good - pods haven't exploded - easy to clean. Comes with reusable cups for k-cups, coffee grounds, and tea. It's a good machine at a good price.UPDATE 07/15/2023 - still going well! after buying all those machines that were a lot more expensive and had a lot of bells and whistles that i never used - the Sifene is perfect. Add your water - plug it in - turn it on - it brews coffee. I don't need more than that! Some have mentioned it's less coffee what you hit the button for - what I've found is - with some brands of k-cups that's very true. There are certain brands that brew less than others - maybe it's the grounds in the k-cup? Maybe it's they're packed with more coffee? I don't know. But there are brands of k-cups that I consistently get less coffee from. And there are other brands that I get exactly the correct amount of brew every time. Some have also mentioned temperature. I had a machine that had a "strong" brew button - didn't do anything. What I've read online as a general rule for all k-cup machines - before you brew your coffee - brew a cup of hot water. Your next cup will be hotter. Works for me.Just a reminder - temp and taste with coffee (and everything) is subjective - everyone likes different things. For me - this machine - is perfect. Thanks Sifene!UPDATE 12/12/2023 - STILL GOING STRONG! .. i have not had a single issue with this wonderful little coffee maker! I do run a 4oz cup of water before i brew a 10oz cup of coffee - and the water is perfectly hot! .. i've used various brands and strengths of coffee - they all come out great. i've used the reusable coffee pod with McCafe grounds .. with ilily grounds .. perfect .. i've used the reusable coffee pod with paper filter inserts - perfect! and now i see the price is reduced .. i've used various manufactures k-cup machines in the past - Sifene is still THE best one i've ever had!

Finally!
UPDATE.. After months they sent me a replacement K- cup pod holder to replace the dammaged one. The coffee maker is working fine now. Too bad it took so long and writing a bad review to get them off dead center. Like the compact size to use in our RV. Will give it a go again. Lets call it a new day. If you don't hear from me, all is well.(First review)The coffee maker was ok at first. The coffee was weak so I did some investigations. After making a k cup ,I cut the foil off the top of the pod and found a portion coffee grounds were dry, never touched by the brewing water. I contacted the customer service and they suggested cleaning the machine. At this point it had hardly been used but I cleaned as they had advised. No difference. I tried many brandsIt took me a while find the right k cup pods to make decent coffee. Then the maker leaked water all over our counter top luckily I caught it before it damaged our cabinets below. At this point I found the pin point that pierces the bottom of the k cup is damaged. I asked for a new a replacement part. Customer NO service asked for a picture of the damaged part, which I supplied weeks ago. No response I gave them many chances to make it right. Mabey roo many. One of the reasons I purchased this item was the 2yr warranty, at this point I would look elsewhere for a k cup maker.

Buyer beware...
Edited to ad: I received an email through Amazon from them regarding my review saying they'd be happy to help them if I'd contact them. HELLOOO?!? You customer service number on here and your website doesn't work. You only offer us to send you our name, email and complaint but you never answer. After almost 4 months the only time I've had an acknowledgement was because I finally posted a review. And again it was to refer me back to a non working number and a email you don't answer. It is what is is. There are great reviews as there are equally bad. So I'd say it's a 50/50 gamble. Some like those odds. I tried and lost. I didn't have money to get a better known brand. I should have waited till I did. My loss.I purchase this Oct 10, '23. So give another couple of weeks to open, clean and set up. At the end of January it just started leaking water everywhere. Mind you I am currently bedbound. I thought this was an alternative to getting an electric kettle and a coffee machine to put on my microwave next to me for tea and hot coco. Plus I love the smell of coffee so i thought I'd purchase this. I think of use it 6 or 7 times. Three were trying to figure out how to make coffee. None of the instructions provided tell you how many little scoops to use for each of the water levels. Maybe someone who makes coffee or drinks coffee and knows what it's supposed to taste like would have had better luck🤷♀️ The only instructions on line were for another coffee machine they sale and a pdf of the books that came with the machine that I have. There were a couple of you tube videos but none showed them adding coffee, just showing that the machine made coffee. So I gave up and used it a few more times to heat up the water for my tea and hot coco. It has a lose tea thing but I use bags and bc I gave up on coffee I didn't use it anymore. It was easier to stick a mug of water in my micro. Fast forward to New Years. My daughter and grandbaby visited me. She saw the machine, asked what it was. We put water in it to make hot coco and started it.....ugh water EVERYWHERE!!! I had to turn off things and quickly unplug stuff and hope I didn't electrocute myself. I didn't know how much water went down the microwave vents at the top of it. So I refrained from using it for a few days.I have been trying to reach this company since!!! The number provided either doesn't ring or it picks up but no one talk, answers. Nothing. Other than that it gives a few troubleshooting videos that have nothing to do with my problem. I read some reviews about this issue but most were good so I took a chance. My son said you get what you pay for. I know some $20 coffee machines that last yrs. Sadly this one I'd say a month if I'm being generous as I used it 3x to try and make coffee and the the other few times tea and coco. And as I already said it was easier to just put water in the mug vs needing to put fresh water in the reservoir everytime I wanted anything as it was here and there, not everyday.I don't think it was the cost, it's the brand. So just keep scrolling. Don't buy this one. That leaky mess was NOT worth it. BTW I knew I had only used it those few times and used purified water but my daughter still did the water vinger thing and both times water was everywhere. So again just not worth it. 😕
