Rolling for core strength!
When I decided to purchase this, I wasn't too sure how much I would like it. One of my goals is to strengthen and tone my abs and this ab wheel targets those exact areas. It arrived disassembled and without instructions, but luckily it was pretty easy to figure out. I really like that this ab wheel is lightweight but is sturdy and of good quality. After using it for a couple of weeks, I can see that it is hitting the areas I want to tone and strengthen! I'm getting a slow start with it because my overall body strength needs improving, but I imagine that once I've made progress with the exercises, it will be even easier to use!

Fun core tool.
I love that I can easily fit this in my bag and take it to the gym. The ab wheel helps build my core and is perfect when I mix in other an exercises. Fun for the whole family.
