Q: Is the 5-100 psi per bag?

I have this on my 2021 F250. I also have the air compressor. Both shocks are fed off 1 line. So the pressure is for the system, not per individual bag. You need a minimum of 5 PSI. 100 PSI is the absolute max. I tow a 10000 lb travel trailer. The most I have in my system is 40 PSI and it works great.

Yes it will, I just installed on my 2022 f350 and there was clear instructions on the 5th wheel hardware already installed. Yes you can use a air compressor from anywhere. Same as filling your tires. Your good to go.

Q: Will these fit a 2022 F350 srw with fifth wheel prep and sway bar ?

I have a 2021 Platinum Tremor SRW. I also have a 5th wheel prep. Not sure what sway bar you’re talking about. It fits on mine.
