Good memory with poor RGB
The memory is good, but the RGB controls do not stick. I would constantly have 1 LED that was the wrong color or shade. There's not much point in having RGB if it doesn't work.

One of ram sticks came loose and it's bothering me lol
I still haven't tested if it works but out of the box I just heard some metal clinking and found out it was this screw. Hopefully it works and I hope the build still looks aesthetic without the screw.Edit:It works, and I found the missing screws and I was able to put it all together. All is well.

Customer Service - What a let down
I recently built a PC back in October, & on December 1st I realized one of the ram stick(s) have failed. I ran few tests on it as Corsair wanted me to do it for RMA purposes. So basically instead of 64gb ram I have 32gb of ram working. They wanted me to provide proof of purchase, serial numbers, etc which I was able to provide them right away when they asked. It is now December 20, and I haven't received any confirmation whatsoever whether if they are sending me replacements for my RAM or not. I've called them a few times and they said that they're waiting on their ram team to get back to me. All they need to do is confirm my address and send me the replacement but they're taking their sweet time. I've never seen customer support for corsair or any other company as big as corsair making their customer wait on their time. I'm very frustrated right now!Update: 1/3/23 - They still haven't been able to fully successfully RMA this product. They've asked me if I wanted to send the RAM back (If I do that that then I can't operate without any ram at all) or do advanced RMA. Advanced RMA is that I would pay for RAM again so they can send it to me until the time they receive the bad ones back. I responded within minutes and this was on Christmas. I got a respond on Christmas but they haven't gotten back to me yet. This is taking a very long process and it shouldn't be.

Got DDR4 relabeled as DDR5
Ordered this DDR5 memory, and got what looked to be the authentic memory. However, it wouldn't fit into my DDR5 motherboard. On closer inspection, I realized that it had the DDR4 profile even though the packaging and labels on the memory itself were DDR5 -- but even closer inspection revealed that the identifying sticker on the RAM had been glued on rather messily to pass off older memory as newer, more expensive memory.
