8 Private Property no Trespassing Sign 9 x 12 Inch

I received my order as promised and the signs were as described. I love the fact that they're waterproof. It actually stood the test of time in the heavy rains that we've had in Los Angeles, California lately. The MM self adhesive tape is what I purchased separately to taped on wall outside the house. It works well if wall is clean and dry when first applied.April 18th 2017, unfortunately, the sign is completely blank, all the colors and writing has disappeared and no longer visible. This has been since February and they're fading one by one. Unfortunately I would not buy them again.

They are a good cheap temporary solution. Good for one season. After two they are whitewashed and almost completely illegible.

These signs are very visible. They were very easy to nail on the trees on my property. This is good value for the money.

I received mine today-even, after reading the reviews- I still wanted to see for myself, considering the price and appearance posted of the signs by the seller-Quickly I realized, - you mist adhere to a flat surface at least the size of the sign-- not to a tree or attempt to hang on a fence -these are very thin- easy break- certainly in cold/windy weather-If posting inside of window,/storm door- I think they will last longer-

Great value, they are very thin, but I needed a large quantity and these fit the bill.

Signs faded in about one year in the sun and two years in the shade. Would not recommend.
