I have purchased so many of these to give as gifts and to use in a small group Bible study. A helpful resource with good Bible verses for your personal prayer time. Stormie is a gifted author and has other books as well for all ages

The book is well-structured, with each chapter addressing specific aspects of a woman's life, such as marriage, family, career, and personal well-being. Stormie provides relatable anecdotes and shares her own personal experiences, making the concepts easy to relate to and apply to one's own life.Having read many books on prayer and personal growth, I can confidently say that this is a must-read for any woman who desires a deeper connection with God and wants to empower her spiritual life. It has given me a renewed sense of hope, purpose, and strength in my walk with God.Whether you are a seasoned prayer warrior or just beginning to explore the power of prayer, this book will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on your life.

I'll leave a short review since I don't have time to give all the details, but this is an excellent MUST HAVE Book! All of the Power of a Praying books are highly recommended and even if you don't read the whole book in the first year you have it, the table of contents alone will remind you and/or make you aware of areas in your life where prayer is needed and actually intentional thought needs to be put toward in order to love a healthy, fruitful life with a peace of mind. Sometimes I go back to the passage for examples and scenarios and sometimes I go straight to the particular prayer that I am in need of at that moment and am always able to find a word a sentence a paragraph or an entire chapter that is right on time! Definitely my #1 go to book next to Praying Parent and Praying Wife. I recently ordered the study guide but have not used it yet. This would be a good bible or Group Study book or book to use for a personal fast or just like I do, whenever! Pretty much anything that you can think of as a woman, any struggle desire or temptation, it's covered in here. This is a great book to hand to new believers and to give as gifts to women in different walks of life. The price is good and the content is priceless! I haven't found anything conflicting with my spirit or with the word of God. The scriptures are relevant and lead you to the Bible and not away from it. Again, if you are on the fence about purchasing, I highly recommend you go for it and buy one for not only yourself, but for one or two other women in your life!!! Men, this book could also be helpful for you in understanding women in your life and supporting them better.

I bought these to read along with the book The power of a praying woman. The pages as reference are a iittle off, but still able to find the passage and work along in the book.

I use to flip through the book to pray the prayers, but finally broke down and bought the prayer booklets; first, for "Power of a Praying Wife," and later, for this one. Each day, I ask the Lord to lead me to the prayers I or my husband need, and randomly flip to pray 2-3 prayers each day. I bought the Kindle version so that I can have them with me when I am away from home. These prayers are powerful because they are taken from scripture, so you are praying God's Word. These prayers have been life-changing for me. I highly recommend this prayer booklet, but the book they were taken from is very impotant, too.To the person who said that selling the prayers in booklet form is a ploy to make more money...its my understanding that all of the proceeds from Stormie's books is donated. (Someone correct me if I am wrong.) I have found the prayer booklet to be very convenient, and I'm glad it is offered in this form.

I am using this book for a bible study and I am having a great time going deeper into the bible each week. This is a great study for new believers and someone who has had a journey with God for a long time.

It’s ok

All of her books are great, and this one did not disappoint. The study guides always support the book content and contain lessons that can be used in study groups. The use of Scriptures throughout her books is very helpful. I am easily disappointed when I read a book that does not include adequate Scriptural support, and that is never the case with any of this author's books. Not only do I read her books, I frequently purchase them as gifts. I purchased the Kindle edition so I could have fast access, but will probably get the hard copy too.
