It's not really the beginner model, but if you have been working on your hands for a while, it is an excellent place to start with CoC products.The 'Expand-Your-Hand Bands' are also a great tool for training your grip. They are easy to incorporate into your routine and work great for providing some resistance to your finger extension. I can see how these Bands could be very useful in physical therapy.
