It worked perfectly. I needed a longer hose and it was just the right size.

I bought this to jury rig a vacuum to pull fine debris off the floor into the filter. I was able force it into the blue adaptor which is used to connect the skimmer. (The skimmer's hose goes around the adaptor.). I was also able to use some some bungee cords to secure it to a vacuum head designed for use with a garden hose.Worked well, although I had to stop periodically to clean out larger debris that clogged the inlet. I just wish the hose were two or three feet longer, so I could reach everywhere.

I was looking for a replacement hose for my Intex pool vacuum. It came with this type of hose, so I thought it was easier to get a direct replacement. I did not read the full description and realized once I had received it that the hose is a quarter of the length I need. My fault for not paying attention. Get a generic upgraded pool hose for half the cost and twice the quality compared to this.
