These are great little LEDs. I like the variety of colors and that the manufacturer listed the forward voltage along with the maximum current on the inside of the case the LEDs are stored in. I have found that the yellow LEDs shine the least (they still look great and shine pretty well) and the green LEDs shine the brightest. The RGB LEDs are also awesome. Be sure to use the correct resistor values for the pins of different colors. I forgot to add a resistor once and while the blue and green still shines to this day, the red LED burnt out. This was to be expected due to my failure to add the proper resistor. The automatically changing LEDs work just fine. The fast flashing ones flash rapidly like a party light or something. The slow changing LED slowly changes colors. While it isn't a smooth transition, it works and looks cool. The only thing is that they are all timed slightly differently meaning that if you hook two or more together they will likely be out of sync after a little bit. Not too big of a problem though.

I bought this kit because I needed to change one LED and now I have a lifetime supply. Note that only the left 3 sections have true clear LEDs. The "clear" LEDs located above the colored LEDs in the container are also the color of the colored LEDs below them. This was a disappointment as I was mostly after clear LEDs and I may decide to return these and look for a pack that only has clear LEDs. I did use a 3V battery and every LED that I tested worked fine but 80% of the LEDs are colored so this probably will get returned. I thought that I had ordered 80% clear LEDs with just a few colored LEDs but that is not the case at all. If you are looking for LEDs that are clear in appearance but light up in color when the proper DC voltage is applied, this would be a great kit for you.

I am very pleased with this purchase. It is great to have all these LEDs for various projects. It should be pointed out, however, that the max intensity are not the same for all colors. The red and yellow are about 10 times less bright than the other colors (white, green, blue). I checked the data sheets and it is as expected. But this is not a problem as the red and yellow both are bright enough for most applications. The other color diodes just have to be used with much larger resistors to take down the intensity a few notches. In all, a great collection of LEDs to own.

I bought this assortment because of the variety of LEDs in the assortment as I needed the RGB LEDs and thought the others would come in handy later. I really like how Elegoo has sorted the LEDs and put a nice chart in the lid of the box to identify which LEDs are in which compartment. The LEDs are clear except for the two types of RGB which are diffuse. Should be plenty of LEDs for a number of projects.

Product is as shown in picture. I did not look closely. I have had for a long time and just opened. ALL THE LEDS LOOK THE SAME. Imagine if you drop the box and need to resort. UGLY. Plastic cases on each led should be colored NOT all clear

I received this set of LED's from ELEGOO and was pretty satisfied with the quality. I also counted them because I was skeptical and wanted to make sure I got what I paid for and all the LED's were there in the correct amounts.The case they come in is nice and compact, but holds all the LED's very well. There is a sheet that has a legend so you know what LED is in each compartment.The kit I purchased was all clear LED's. This makes it really difficult to identify if you accidentally mix the LED's, what I found useful, but somewhat time consuming is marking them with a dot using a sharpie (i.e. blue for blue a blue LED, etc) this way I can quickly identify the colored LED's.Overall great set, well priced, I wouldn't hesitate purchasing again.
