I’m not used to capsules having gaps, every other supplement I take has the capsules filled compactly so I’m not sure whether these contain the correct amount or not. But you get what you pay for the price, I guess, these are the cheapest I have found that contain nothing else but magnesium glycinate (other cheaper brands pad it out with cheap magnesium oxide so you get less glycinate).
