Wife needs disposable underwear that keeps her dry and does not soil the bedding. We have used this product for several months with complete satisfaction. Usually buy four at a time. We use at least three units per day. Product easy to use and meets full approval of our caregivers. Will continue use when needed and have no plans to change.

I swore I would never by drug store style diapers again. They all suck at performance. My go to is the Northshore Megamax. Saw these LivDry Mega diapers boasting up to 12 hour capacity use and curiosity got the best of me. Wore them for ten hours of sleep last night. I live with nocturia and over active bladder, so I need them. I put two booster pads in side by side. They lasted almost all of the night and stayed dry on the inside and outside until the final wetting before getting up for the day. Then they became damp on the outside and leaked. I made sure to wear plastic pants though to keep everything contained. The tapes are small but for my needs they worked well. I only needed to apply them once and they firmly stayed put and that's with me tossing and turning in my sleep. These diapers also feel very comfortable to wear. I am impressed and I never thought I would ever say that about drug store style diapers. If you get these, I advice changing just before max capacity is reached, as well as, wearing plastic pants over them in case you can't change in time. Overall, well worth the price I paid. I will stick with megamax during the day but am now gonna incorporate these for night time so I am not going through so many of the megamax.

My mother-in-law is in a memory care facility and these are the diapers the facility recommended. They do the job

The resealable sticky tab closers are to small for this product it very obvious when you try to reseal this product if the tabs were larger it would be a lot easier to adjust and seal this product the first TRY Simply Get IT To Fit Correctly & Have No Leakage

I hoped they would be a cost-effective replacement for the one I usually use. They are not cloth like nor are they extremely absorbent. The bottom tapes make the leg holes too small causing severe skin irritation if used over a week or so.

Very bulky between legs. Did not contour. Tabs did not stick very well.

Great product, it’s a little expensive but worth every penny. Totally resolved the problem of my mom’s urine overflowing towards her back every night. Now my dad wears them. They are a heaven sent!
