These pads are well worth the money. I find they do help with pain relief from back ache and I love that they are like a plaster making them fit in awkward places like your neck. Super sticky and they don’t budge when stuck on. I’d say they definitely work for several hours to help ease pain. I especially like to wear one for bed for my lower back pain. The heat reminds me of tiger balm. Overall a good product and I think for the price is worth the try for anybody suffering from joint pain.

These patches are very sticky so much so your left with plaster marks, there very strong and very good for pain, but sadly for me they gave me a skin reaction, so I now put them on top of thin clothing and there still effective, so if your sensitive I'd advise you to use with caution till you know if your skin won't react, there very good though.

It seems to be effective, but after leaving it on for a while, my skin started to get irritated. It doesn’t seem to suit me.So a bit expensive but now using Japanese brand

So, this is not a capsaicin patch, there's none of that. it's not a cold patch, none of that. being vastly disappointed i checked the ingredients and i was surprised to find all those well known for pain killing properties like frankincense, myrrh, water vine etc. but none of those which actually help with pain mind you. i suppose they could have also added wheatgrass and cobwebs, they would have had at least an equal chance to provide you with as much relief as the previous nonsensical ingredients. On top of that, this product is sold under multiple names, multiple brands, by multiple vendors and it's all the same. I ordered 2 in the hope one would work. they didn't but as you can see from the pictures, it's all the same nonsense. it will make you smell of camphor, which is nice, but unless you wish to buy these as deodorants, don't bother.

These plasters are good

These are brilliant! Almost instant pain relief no burning at all apart from once I got in the shower with patch still on my back, didn't think it would matter, it felt like it had set on fire when it got wet, that was an experience I don't wish to repeat lol.
