It work perfectly and good machine but because is refurbished the battery is 3hours but very good machine thanks

Avoid at all costs
Laptop batteries stopped working completely after 1 week.Replacement laptop faultyHad to pay additional delivery charges to receive replacement laptopHave not been able to get faulty replacement laptop replaced again or taken back.Worst experience ever for customer service

Battery backup hold only 1hour
Once I switch ON the laptop I received error as battery 2not detected.And observed the status of battery 2 as error.And total backup comes only 1hr.Rest all are working fine.
