If by covers you are talking about the lids, then yes. You can find generic lids that will fit.

Q: Is there a replacement silicon cover for the flip up straw mouth piece?

It’s a hard plastic straw so there is no silicone replacement.

Q: Does it fit in a car cupholder?

I have the 64 oz, which definitely does NOT got standard car cupholders. If you have adjustable or XL cup holders, maybe. That being said, the 32 oz should fit no problem.

Q: is it safe to use it for cold and then later on the day for hot? or would that damage the bottle?

The description says it can be used for hot drinks, so maybe just not use the straw then, just in case it warped from the heat!
