I love the sleek and chic design.The kettle is not too heavy or bulky and first perfectly on the counter! Goose neck spout allows you to control the water when pouring in a pour-over coffee maker, French press or if my husband wants some hot tea.Greatest little kettle. It boils just the right amount of water for my French press, is really quiet, and doesn’t leak at all.I use this kettle daily and it’s become a staple in my kitchen. It heats up water very quickly and has made my life so much easier! It’s also really aesthetically pleasing with its modern look. Both stylish and functional. Would highly recommend!

I love coffee and tea, but I’m not really a snob for them. Having to look up specific temperatures for specific teas sounded like such a hassle, so the idea of labeled presets was much more appealing to me. I haven’t tested the tea temps for accuracy, so I can’t speak to if it gets it perfect, but I’ve had such an easy time with this. It’s powerful enough to boil water fast, and it’s perfectly multipurpose for any hot beverage between the presets and the gooseneck. I’m really enjoying it, and I’d bet it’s as good as more expensive models. The lid and handle are sturdy and don’t get hot too, which I really appreciate. I can boil multiple kettles back to back if I need a lot of hot water for something.Only caveat: don’t fill it even a little bit past ‘max’ or it overflows!

I like the looks of the product and it makes nice hot water. It takes longer than I anticipated for the water to heat, but after using a kcup coffeemaker, what do I expect. The coffee is better made this way than with kcups and it helps me practice patience. My dog is happy she gets fed sooner this way too!

Sleek, easy to use, love the color, efficient. It’s a yes I’d recommend it.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m shocked at how bad this kettle is! It stopped working after just three months and fewer than ten uses—just for normal water boiling. To make matters worse, there’s no way to contact the company, and it's already past Amazon’s return window. Avoid this product!

I have been using this kettle for a little over a month now.It was replacing a similar looking one with the gooseneck pour but from the brand Bodum. I really like Bodum products but unfortunately their electric gooseneck kettle gave an unpleasant taste to the water that had been boiled.I returned it after and got this other one. I love it! No problem with the taste of water.Super easy to use and I like the sleek look of the matte black.I really like the gooseneck pour feature, it offers better precision and smoother pouring.I guess it is nice to have a number of settings for various teas and coffee but I never use them.Very happy with my purchase.

We've had this kettle for almost two years, and it's still working well. Love the gooseneck that keeps us from getting steam burns and variable temperatures!

It’s a keeper. Bought it from Amazon to replace a stove top pot that I left on the gas burner until the welds came apart. Ooops. This electric pot is the best and has auto shut off features to prevent me from burning down the house. It has settings for you to determine what temp you want the water and it’s simple enough for a person who is too lazy to read the instructions to figure out. It works perfectly and when I relocate from Mexico to the US it’s going into the suitcase 😁
