This is a good one. But I think the 400mg per pill is to strong and some days I feel dizzy or headache. I was taking the pill right after my breakfast and after theses symptoms I tried during my lunch time, I think worked better for me.

However, the bottle I received lists rice flour as the first “other ingredient.” I hope I got a legit product, but I absolutely question that.
