The 5 year old was the only person who played with it!

My husband has alzheimer/ dementia, this ‘toy’ provides a touchable, easy moving hand stimulating activity! The blue/yellow colouring provides a peaceful contrast as the toy is turned. It has textured materials that provide interest and stimulation for a person who is usually very switched off from most things. I would highly recommend this toy for older children and adults with a learning difficulty, autism or dementia etc. it’s brilliant! Thankyou😊

I wanted to give this toy 5 stars, as it really did keep my Mom entertained and stimulated. However, even though it was washed on a 30 degree gentle cycle the fabric started to split along the centre seams of the twisting part after the second wash. I managed to reinforce this seam using my sewing machine, but after a couple more washes it developed holes in other areas. I’ve had two of these toys now and both of them did the same. If they’d have been made out of stronger fabric I’m sure they’d have lasted much longer.

Got this for my dad who has dementia and he loves it. It is well made, nice soft material and a brilliant design idea for occupying hands that like to fiddle with things.

The turning motion works well and is quite soothing. My step dad keeps putting it on his head but seems to have got the hang of it. Not as heavy as I thought it would be. Quite overpriced though I thought for what it is.

He said he like it not sure he knows what it's for! But if he fiddles with instead of his bib it has worked.
