great headset for a great price.
This headset just arrived today so I haven't had time to do a proper detailed review yet, but I absolutely love the feel of this thing, the build quality is amazing for the price. I found it very comfortable but a little different as I hadn't used an over ear headset before. The sound quality is also great and it gets very loud and balanced. The mic seems great. Overall a great headset for a great price.

Review after 10 months of usage.
It's been great, the sound and EQ are highly customizable. Volume is a bit on the low side. Spatial Audio is a little more than gimmick. Only problem is of build quality, which doesn't seem that premium or rigid, especially the top band is made by a cheap plastic, that's a very noticeable downgrade from even last generation HS50 Headset. Top band is very flimsy that even a slight stretch would crack it. This is very unexpected and a stupid budget saving scheme from Corsair. Build Quality could've and should've been better for 10k.

!Awesome!
I am a hardcore gamer also being a teenager I have to attend the classes also. So typically, these headphones never get off my head. I've been using these headphones for quite some time now, and I don't have a single complaint about it. The insides are another fabric which is somehow equality as good as the leather. No sense of itchiness or irritation. I'm a guy with specs so no problem with that too. Talking about the earcups, they are big, very comfy memory foam. No complaints on that. The audio quality is superb. Overall it's a banger. As I said, I'm a hardcore gamer so I play FPS games, I would say this is the best headphones I ever used.

DON'T BUY IT
Edit 2 :- Now the microphone stopped working. Never expected this garbage quality from Corsair. I would give zero stars if I could.Edit:- My replacement headphone also started to have same issue. The right speaker has very low volume. I got annoyed and bashed it hard on the table and fortunately it started working correctly again. I am out of replacement window so let's see how long it keeps working.Never expected such garbage quality control from Corsair. I ordered this headphone, one week later right side has low volume issue. My friend ordered the same headphones it's left side has low volume issue 3 months later. Thank god I got mine replaced, but my friend cannot. And same issue happening for 2 same products definitely not a coincidence. Headphones sound great, comfort is amazing, but if it stops working after 1 week what's the point of buying a headphone for 8k. Shame Corsair.

The best audio quality in this range
You wont regret buying this. But audio is subjective. So you may not like the sound. So lets start with how it performed to me. Mainly in game I like sound a bit more with mids and highs than bass. I used hyperx cloud core before in some story games the dialogue volume appeared a bit low. But it has the perfect blance in audio frequency mainly for games. Now lets talk about the 7.1 system it has. Many people may say the virtual 7.1 surround sound is a gimmik. Go for a good quality stero headphone. But to me personally stereo feels a bit odd in games. The audio has no fill. But enabling 7.1 gives a huge advantage in games.Like when i was playing warzone 2 in a city, I could actually pinpoint the location of an enemy breaking a glass of an house 100 meters away from me. And you can easily decipher the distance of that enemy without any error. As for a story mode game you can feel immersed into the game. You can hear little sounds from the birds chirping to a rat moving through the grass. As for your information the window spatial sound is way different from the Corsair software integrated 7.1 virtual sound. The dolby you download seperately from Microsoft store will sound a lot different than the corsair software version. Just like a said before the Corsair version gives an audio fill. "fill" in the sense like the depth of an sound just like listening through an earpod or earphone. But if you enable dolby or dts from windows spatial sound option then it will sound just like stereo headphone with a little bit better directional audio without any fill.As i said audio is subjective so you may not like the software integrated 7.1 audio. But to me it is fabulous. As for the build quality i would say it is quite study. And as for comfort the clamping pressure of this headphone is bit high but you will get used to it.Conclusion:You will not get anything better sounding than this headphone in this price point. (₹5999)Hyperx is bass heavy and i dont know about razor products.

Long term (7 months) Review.
Initially it was Great. The sound was perfect, loudness was Great and comfort and fit was good. After 7 months, the comfort is still there and audio quality is good but it has started to produce noise when I move the volume dial. Sometimes the volume in right ear drops and I have slightly move the dial for the volume to ewqualise on both sides. All of these problems I have faced in other headphones as well. But something I have never faced in 20 years of gaming is my headphone cracking on both sides of right earcup (images attached) today while removing the headphones I heard a crack not only me but my streaming audience heard that crack. And when I saw it was this big crack. I didnt apply unnecessary force as I was simply removing it. This is a bad design. And since physical damage isnt covered under warranty I had no other choice but to join it with feviquik. But I don't know How long will it hold. 😔😔
