It doesn't work as expected
After wasting almost 2 days, I finally get it working, but it's too slow to use it. changes are applied to fixture (lights) 2 seconds after you clic, so it sync very slow. This interface is very slow, it works at "47 ms refresh rate". for you to get it working it should be 47 ms or higher which ends in having a light flicking or slow when you change color or do anything.Don't buy this interface is very slow or won't work. Better buy an ENTTEC product. all FTDI chip works too slow as far as I know.

Nosoftware included
Had to hunt for driver on your own risking do loading malware no instruction included. Techsupport is worthless.

No Instructions, No Support,
The information in the descritption is not accurate, it does NOT work natively on a MAC, you don't get told what interface to choose when using the software they recommend in the product description.... when I finish wanting to throw my computer, lights, and this stupid useless cable in the ocean, I may go buy a brand name Entec and try again. I am not pleased at all with this purchase.
