Good and cheap
I just bought this pump and used it for 3 hours straight. It ran the whole time with no disruptions. For a little over $40, it is definitely a buy. I measured the output with a 5 gallon bucket which took 30 seconds. I guess it to be 9 to 10 gallons a minute which is probably the best you will get from a 3/4 hose. The output connection is cheap. It is the exact same size as 3/4 iron pipe, which will not thread into a fitting. I bought some 1" tubing from Lowes and stuffed a 3/4 x 6 inch galv. nipple in the other end for an adapter. I put a 3/4 x hose brass adapter to connect to a garden hose; Don't forget the hose clamp. I checked the flow with just the 2 foot piece of 1 inch tubing and it filled the bucket in 15 seconds, or 20 gpm, or 1200 gph. A 1 inch drain hose would flow better.

Works great until dying. Both of them.
Worked great for 2 weeks and died. Returned it for a second one and that one also only worked for 2 weeks before dying. Both were pumping about 8 hrs/day and connected to a 24V DC supply. Seems they only have a life of ~50-100 hours.

Functions exactly as described, great pump for 12v application
I bought this pump to move water out of a pond and into a holding tank on a very rural property. I liked the fact that this was a 12v pump and I could simply wire it directly into a battery, or my portable 12v solar rig. It works very well- has plenty of power to move water through a 100' hose and up 15' of head, so 20' would be no problem. I wouldn't be surprised if it would do more. First time I ran it for a hour. Just pumping water back into the pond to see how it would act, and it performed great. Have since filled up tanks and barrels multiple times-pump still works awesome. Great for a sturdy little portable pump, highly recommend.
