Not compatible with nissan
The app is very poor and lagging too much and its not compatible with nissan or y62 models

The app connected to this device in ios is not compatible and top of that not clearing any error. Difficult to connect.

Works well with iPhone. Requires a bit of searching around for the first time but once it’s done it’s a seamless procedure every time. Perfect.Car scanner app is recommended with it and works flawless.

Paid apps required
The application advised for this OBD reader doesn't support latest android versions. So we need to download other applications and need to purchase for full version to get the full functionality of the reader.

I’ve got an engine code that just won’t go away even though I’ve replaced all the parts so this works perfect to clear the codes! No having to stop the car and plug in a corded one; plug it in and just pull over open the app and clear!Would recommend!

A very convenient OBD2 reader, with a caveat.
'Check Engine' lights are not great, so when you've got one, you want it gone. If you are a DIYer or a garage mechanic, this is for you.I ended hooking mine up through the app with Bluetooth, it wasn't too rough until I found that more features were behind a pay wall in the app.The extra features are worth it. Live diagnostics of more than what's offered by the free version and no ads, it's a win-win.Using the scanner with the accompanied app helped me live diagnose my car and find out a few issues that were signaling the Check Engine Light.Again, if you're a home, mobile, or garage mechanic? Thoroughly recommend, with the caveat that the paid version of the accompanied app is considerably better.
