Electro Voice ELX200-10P 10" 1200W 2-Way Powered Loudspeaker,Black

These are impressive for their size. We use them primarily as floor monitors but also on stands for events. They are excellent.

I’m shocked that I could hardly find any reviews for this little 10 inch terror. It’s equivalent to and out performs my EV ZLX15’s, as it should. It’s loud. It’s no joke. If I had known, or researched better, I would have gotten these. Small but powerful. I only bought one, really just to see. It was gonna be my monitor on the floor....not. I guess folks aren’t talking about it cause it’s pricey. Well, you get what you pay for. I had to dump my Peaveys as both blew out and the replacement blew out. Good bye Peavy. Trying EVs. I’m counting on the DSP to protect them. I tend to crank music DJing on the side. I name my speakers. This 10in is my Little Terror. Getting another next year, unless Santa is nice. I’m happy so far...I should add that it’s nicer with subs. The ZLX’s are great if you don’t have subs. This little 10in Terror can get away with no subs just fine, but as a DJ, got to have subs. Can’t wait to get that 2nd speaker. When Covid is over, the big parties start and I will be ready! Go EV!

Im a singer/guitarist who bought this speaker to use on solo gigs, cocktail parties , bars etc. 10 inch is the sweet spot, not too big or imposing but not too small in that you lose low end response. I’ve set up in my living room and the sound quality is stellar. Very light and easy to carry. I especially love the fact that I can control volume and eq from my phone on the bluetooth. Havent used on a gig yet but I assume it will be crisp, clear and loud enough for solo acoustic/duo or even a small combo as a PA

I love the fact that the EQ settings are digital, Set and forget! I love the 2 individual line inputs with their own independent volume knobs. I love the Digital 10 band EQ. again, set and forget. I'm a professional Working Musician. 30 years and still going. I have 2 of these speakers & an active 1200 watt sub, and with just these 3 speakers I'm secure in the fact I could play an outside gig the size of a football field and people would all hear and FEEL the music crisp, clear, and plenty loud. GREAT SPEAKERS & Worth every penny! EV this is not a review meant to entice a price increase! This is a great product at the perfect price! Thank You, It's nice to still get your moneys worth once in awhile, I feel I have, and I'm a picky, meticulous & a stickler for perfection. NICE JOB, Great Product!!
