Not Working Out of Box
Poorly written instructions combined with failed FW version C8774e82 and missing parts from box per what is listed in out of box in Amazon.

To Early to give rating, but want to provide feedback
I received this unit yesterday, and had trouble updating the firmware, but I was able to get it working with the most recent nightly build as of May 19, 2024. The important note is that this unit is based on the HackRF One R9. The trick was adding "-i" to the dfu_utils command. Now I am up and running with n_240519. So this board is compatible with the github Mayhem firmware revisions, which was my main concern when I purchased it.
