20190707 July 7, 2019 Update: I am still using the battery and I am very happy with it. I love it because my power adapter plug comes out easily from the laptop and of course the laptop shuts off immediately. I used to hate that. Till I received this Amanda battery. I'm impressed of the power and the length of time (over 2.5 hours) it keeps working. So for a replacement battery, I'm really happy and impressed. Now when the plug comes out by mistake ... everything still works fine because the battery supplies the power. Not need to re start the laptop and re-open all apps and re-locate all pages and no more data loss. Thank you Amanda. Nice and easy name to remember lol.I love it. so far it works great. it came in with 60% charge, I charged it fully to 100% And I tested it. it lasted about three hours which is excellent. I removed it from my laptop so it will last longer and I will insert it only when I need it, maybe this is a way to keep those batteries lasting longer and longer instead of having them attached and being charged all the time and dying too soon. Otherwise this product is great, I'm very happy with it and I thank the vendor for providing us this solution. thank you.

Battery fit the laptop just like the original. It seems to be holding charges longer with use as the battery breaks in. At first it would run the laptop for about an hour with a full charge, now after maybe 10 charges it’s up to around 2 hours.

So far so good. Powers my laptop just fine. It's an old laptop but very high end in it's day. I would have hated to scrap it as it runs Win10 fine. If I can't upgrade to Win11 I'll install Ubuntu on it. I haven't run the laptop disconnected from AC power yet but I expect it will work ok. No idea how well this battery holds a charge but I rarely use the laptop when not connected to AC

This is an exact replacement battery. Already charged up at least mine was and I popped it right in and everything took off. So, very happy. Excellent product. I thought it was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and this product is great.

Arrived on time, worked great when I first installed it. Now 6 months later it does not seem to be working. My battery light is flashing red and computer shuts down completely when I unplug it. Hoping I can get a replacement, otherwise I just wasted my money.Update--I contacted the company and their battery has a 12 month warranty! The new battery arrived today, one day ahead of the scheduled delivery day they estimated. Changed my rating from one star to four. I took away one star for having to deal with a defective battery, but I would give their customer service department five stars. I appreciate doing business with a company that stands behind their product and treats me fairly and with respect. Thank you!

Battery didn't even last 4 cycles of charging and is already dead . Worst battery. Unfortunately a week after return window closed what a waste of money

Was easy to install, and worked right out of the box. Helped save what was otherwise an expensive paperweight of a laptop.Holds charge well, and had very comparably battery life to the OEM, if not better.What ultimately prompted me to review however is the customer service. The battery died on me 8/02/2020. I had purchased 8/30/2019. They had a 1 year warranty - and they honored it without any questions other than how they could get it to me most conveniently to honor the warranty. They responded the same day via email, and the replacement shipped within an hour of that interchange. I had my replacement battery 2 days later. Was blown away - I will buy confidently from this seller again in the future!

Not the cheapest price but worth a couple extra bucks for the great customer service and one year warranty. Battery looks/fits like factory and adds some new life to an older gaming laptop. Haven't ran the battery all the way down but I've gotten at least 3 hours out of it without any major power saving tweaks. For a 10 pound laptop, just being able to use it during power outages is a plus for me as it's not something I ever take off my desk.
