Q: Can anyone tell me the depth mesurments from the corner? Just want to work out how far it will come out from the wall. Both pony and horse size please

Pony size about 24 inches the horse one even bigger. My stable is only 10 x 11 feet and the horse one seem to take up a third of the stable. I have a 16 1 Clydesdale X and the Pony size is big enough for him when I fill it up

this is an adequate sized hay feeder for any pony upto 14hh or so.i can fit a full large haynet of hay (in quantity) in it which lasted my pony sufficiently over night.if in doubt buy the horse bar you can always put less hay in it.

Q: If no fixings what do you use to fix to wall

It all depends on what you are fixing your Hay Bar to. If it is to a wooden stable then use fixings for wood. If you are fixing to a wall or blocks then you will need different fixings. Don't let it put you off. I love my hay bars. It is natural for them to feed off the ground but this way there is no waste.

I use mine for a Welsh section D mare as she has pulled hay racks of the wall so many times and she shreds hay nets the hay bar has been great for her I got the pony size she is 14-2 hh I'm not sure how far down the hay bar your foals would be able to reach depends on the height of them but I've found the hay bar excellent for my mare
