I love this device, better than the previous model I purchased some time ago. It's very sensitive & had a better grip due to it's size.

I have 3 different none contact voltage detectors and to be honest I was pleasantly surprised at how good these testers are, You have to accept that they pick up low voltage or residual, which might make the neon indicator move 2 notches but just double check as my meggervft2 and 3 detected nothing so they are a little keen, but overhaul for the price you can not complain, they are well designed with a test range upto a 1000vlts which is good, I have checked all three 3 and all three detected live and none live sockets light switches and dead lines So Im very happy they are a good Diy present as they are made from plastic, there is no chance of electric shock if used as none contact and they have a torch built in and clip so you can carry around with you, overhaul 8/10 very impressed.and good value for money,

I was a little bit dubious about buying this given some of the negative reviews, however I have found the pen to be 100% accurate and it has no doubt saved me from some electric shocks already. We recently moved into an old house and I have been working on a number of electrics, i.e. replacing sockets and switches etc. A few light switches have had wiring that spans across 2 fuses on the consumer unit, so if I had just flicked the fuse marked 'upstairs lights' and seen the light go off I might have wrongly assumed it was safe to work on. This has also helped me figure out the wiring for the immersion heater. I have only used this on 230v AC and found it to be 100% accurate.

The media could not be loaded. So for those who wonder how long this will last. Mine is now faulty, giving false readings. Such a shame, thought this was a good buy, started off strong, stored well, used about 40–50 times for odd jobs around the house, but now faulty. From video you will see it’s not working on incoming live power supply from solar. Should be beeping its little CPU off.

This is very handy to have. It's a must piece of kit for cable and socket testing. I bought it to sort out my lamp problem, and it did.

Not a bad tool for some simple DIY electrical work.Nice to use, lightweight, comes with the required batteries and has an small LED torch on the front (not greatly useful but its there if you need it). Clear and audible warning light and buzzer to alert you of a live circuit.However some points to note:Does produce a few false positives as it uses electromagnetic fields to find live cables, so other devices that emit EMF's can produce a false positives. Not good for clusters of cables, although good for general safety to find live cable in simple circuits that are shielded and have no where to insert the prongs of a multi meter. Take it for what its worth. Always double the circuit regardless of what this voltage tester says.Not the most accurate voltage tester there is but for basic safety with simple circuits, then yeah i would recommend it

Ausschlag bei Spannung <110V nur mäßig. Zum prüfen von Steckdose ausreichend.... Für weitere elektrische Fehlersuche wie Kabelbruch ungeeignet.
